BerghausWöbke Filmproduktion is renowned for its high-quality, artistically sophisticated films that appeal to a wide audience. Based in Munich, the company develops and produces feature films with compelling narratives, precise style and international appeal.
Its most recent productions include Tim Fehlbaum's Oscar® and Golden Globe®-nominated SEPTEMBER 5, which received the Bavarian and Hessian Film Awards as well as nine German Film Awards. The film adaptation of 22 BAHNEN by Mia Maariel Meyer, based on Caroline Wahl's best-selling novel, was a box office sucess and won the Frankfurt Book Fair Prize among others, and was nominated for the Bavarian Film Award. The anthology I AM THE GREATEST, directed by Nicolai Zeitler and Marlene Bischof, received nominations for the First Steps Awards 2025 and the Grimme Prize 2026. 
BerghausWöbke Filmproduktion was founded in 2013 by Thomas Wöbke, known for shaping early noughties German cinema with films such as CRAZY, BEYOND SILENCE and HELL. The rest of the team consists of producer and co-managing director Philipp Trauer, producer Anna Eigl, development producer Ruth Konrad and assistant to the producers Lena Trost.
